Working Principles
The ZJ slurry pump operates on the centrifugal force principle. The motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, creating a low-pressure zone at the impeller eye that draws slurry into the pump. As the impeller blades rotate, they impart kinetic energy to the slurry, accelerating it outward through the volute casing. The volute then converts this kinetic energy into pressure energy, pushing the slurry through the discharge outlet to the desired location. The double-casing structure protects the outer pump body from wear, while the replaceable inner liners can be easily changed when worn, significantly extending the pump’s overall service life.
