Working Principles
The vibrating feeder consists of a trough, exciter, spring support and driving device. The double eccentric shaft exciter generates directional linear excitation force, making the trough perform periodic reciprocating vibration. Materials are continuously thrown up and move forward in the trough, and are fed into the crusher uniformly and continuously. The grizzly bar screen surface simultaneously pre-screens the materials, discharging fine-grained materials smaller than the screen holes directly, avoiding over-crushing in the crusher.

Working Principle
The apron feeder consists of a driving device, sprockets, chains, trough plates and frame. The motor drives the sprockets to rotate through the reducer, and the chains drive the trough plates to perform continuous circular motion. Materials fall from the silo onto the trough plates, move forward with the trough plates, and are conveyed to the receiving equipment uniformly and continuously. Suitable for short-distance feeding operations of large-grained and highly abrasive materials.

Working Principle
The belt conveyor consists of a driving drum, tail drum, conveyor belt, idlers, frame and driving device. The driving drum drives the conveyor belt to perform continuous circular motion. Materials fall on the conveyor belt, move with the conveyor belt, and are conveyed from one end to the other. Idlers support the conveyor belt and material weight, ensuring smooth operation of the conveyor belt.
