Working Principles
The inclined belt conveyor consists of a driving unit (motor + gear reducer), head/drive drum, tail/take-up drum, chevron cleated rubber belt, carrying idlers, return idlers, reinforced steel frame and mobile wheel assembly. The motor drives the head drum through the gear reducer, and friction between the drum and belt drives the continuous circular motion of the belt. Materials discharged from upstream equipment fall onto the lower end of the belt, and the raised chevron cleats grip the material to carry it upward to the elevated discharge point, where it is transferred to the next processing stage or stockpile.
