Working Principle
The jig machine separates minerals based on density differences through periodic vertical pulsation of water. The diaphragm generates up-and-down water movement in the jig chamber, causing the mineral bed to loosen and stratify. Denser heavy minerals settle to the bottom layer and are discharged through the concentrate port, while lighter gangue particles remain in the upper layer and are carried away by the cross-flow water to the tailings port.
