Introduction
The YTO-GTX series rotary drum scrubber is a heavy-duty ore washing equipment specially designed for processing ores with high clay content and strong viscosity. It is widely used in desliming, impurity removal and pretreatment operations of difficult-to-wash ores such as alluvial gold, iron ore, manganese ore, tin ore and bauxite. Adopting the autogenous scrubbing principle, it uses the collision and friction of the ore itself to completely separate clay inclusions, solving the industry problems of incomplete cleaning and easy blockage of traditional ore washing equipment for cemented clay. It is the core equipment for pre-treatment in mineral processing.

Working Principles
The rotary drum scrubber adopts an inclined cylindrical cylinder structure supported by four supporting rollers. The motor drives the cylinder to rotate at low speed through a reducer. The ore to be washed enters the cylinder from the feed end and is continuously lifted and dropped by the internal spiral lifting plates, forming a continuous tumbling motion. At the same time, high-pressure water is sprayed into the cylinder from multiple angles to fully wash away the mud and impurities on the ore surface. Under the action of ore collision, friction and water scouring, clay inclusions are completely broken up and dissolved in water. Low-density mud and fine sludge are discharged from the overflow port at the upper end of the cylinder, while clean ore is pushed to the discharge end by the spiral guide plate and discharged after classification by the tail screening device.
