Working Principle
The shaking table separates minerals based on density differences through the combined action of reciprocating mechanical motion and cross-flow water washing. The bed surface makes asymmetric reciprocating motion, causing denser mineral particles to move longitudinally along the riffles to the concentrate end, while lighter gangue particles are washed transversely to the tailings end. This creates a clear separation zone, allowing precise collection of different grade products.
